REQUIRED EQUIPMENT:
All equipment must be specific to lacrosse no other sport's equipment is allowed.
When specified, colors specific items are not required, however when purchasing NEW
equipment, please keep the color preference in mind.
Boys:
Any cleated athletic shoe is acceptable, NO METAL CLEATS ARE PERMITTED.
Sneakers must be available for any indoor practice facilities.
WHITE lacrosse helmet (color is suggestion)
Lacrosse gloves
Elbow pads
Shoulder pads
Athletic Cup - MANDITORY
Mouth guard - MANDITORY
Lacrosse stick (5/6 division introduces use of a defensive stick, as desired)
Rib guards (not required but can be worn for extra protection, as desired)
Girls:

Goggles
Mouth guard - MANDITORY

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:
Please note that players playing with prescription "sports goggles" MAY NOT do so with tinted lenses.
This is to allow coaches and officials to immediately look into a players eyes in the event of a head injury.
if a player does not have a mouth guard, he or she will not be allowed to play that day. Players not wearing their mouth guard at any point in the game, (left it on the sideline, chewing on them, etc) are given a penalty by the referee that will impact the play of the entire team. More importantly, the player is at higher risk of injury when not wearing a mouth guard.
